How can I strengthen my knee muscles/tendons?
I'm running half marathons and having issues with my knees, I just can't find the right pair of trainers so sticking to neutral ones for the moment. I have no problems running uphill but when I run down hill I feel like I'm going to blow my knee out at any time. There is a fair bit of pain but only downhill. If the 13 miles were flat I would be fine!! I'm doing double step knee ups on the stairs( liftting my bodyweight up two stairs with just one leg) is there anything else I can do to strengthen my knees?

How to tell if my cut tendons have healed?
i tore some of the tendons in my wrist, i had surgery and had to wear a splint for 6 weeks, i got the splint removed last week but im finding it hard to bend my wrist, it bends so far but becomes very tight across the scar and gives me pain down my arm. does this mean the tendons have not healed?
How do you run normal (i have forgotten)?
you have to use your arms too. 3 quarters of running is arm movement. well, i dont run for fun (thats weird) so i dont know if people who do stop if something hurts or if they get tired, but in track, even in practice, i just run through the pain (inside and outside knee injuries, shin splints possibly, inside and outside ankle injuries, big toe injuries and achilles injuries all on both of my legs) and i dont stop if i get tired. plus, you can build up from running. you dont have to run 5 miles on the 1st day, but no offense, but thats what you get for smoking. it screws up your body, but congrats for being able to succesfully quit. and use your toes. and i dont run long distances (100 through half a mile, long,, triple and high jumps, and 100 and 400 hurdles), but in xc, i heard that breathing through your nose and out your mouth helps, but i think its a load of sh*t. just remember to take in a lot of oxygen and water.
Should I Wear a Walking Boot?
no dont get a boot it can weaken all your muscles and also loose your range of motion which is bad. also then you might get dependent on the boot. your mom is right. also they are around 400 dollars so not worth getting one without a doctor prescribing one. i would stick with PT and also wrap it in an ace wrap then put the brace over it or get a better brace. rest it ice it and stop walking so much.

i am a btech student in electronics and communication in 6th semester. Can you tell me what are the opportunities and list of test after btech for job in multinational companies ?

Ok I like this guy but my best friend just broke up eith him for cheating and i told her he cheated so he hates me (I think) but it was a dare so he didnt rlly cheat. But what do I do?
