Is there a conflict of interest if you'll be working as a freelancer when you also have a fulltime job?

Working as Recruitment person for a multinational company and is planning to engage on a self-employed recruitment effort like referring someone but with fee involved upon success. Current fulltime job is totally on a different domain compared to the freelance opportunity, example legal vs IT environments. Is there a conflict of interest here? Need professional advice before I make a final move. Thanks!
