Multinational corporations free from moral obligation?

I'm doing a paper on if multinational corporations should be free from moral obligation... i'm doing both sides.. those that feel that they should be and those that feel they shouldn't be. I already know what to talk about under the "shouldn't be" part but can anyone help me out finding some sources or some information backing the other side - multinational corporations should be free from moral obligation... thanks.
