Ok. I run track and love it but at our last meet my thigh tendon just started hurting extremely bad like lemping on it and all and well I'm in a pole vault class now and everytime I go to sprint it kills me again and it started 3 months ago.. Is there anyway for me to get it to stop bc it hurts bad plus I want a track scholarship bad and I had practice today for pole vaulting and I had to stop and hour early bc of my leg plz help:(
