The tip of my second toe is numb and its nerves feel weird. What's wrong?

I was walking around at a convention all day in giant heels. When I got back to the hotel room, I took them off and saw that I had a blister and a numb toe. It's been a week since then. The blister is gone, but the tip of my second toe is still numb. Whenever I walk and move it around the nerve or tendon snaps or something. Why has my toe been randomly numb for so long?
