How do i know if i pulled or ripped my tendons or not?
I ran in my ballet shoes for about 10 minutes a day last week for about 5 days because I didn't know it would hurt me. Ballet shoes have very little support for the feet and so not surprisingly, my ankles began to ache and they hurt from time to time. Then the place near my little toe began to hurt too on both of my feet. It only hurts sometimes, and some days it's worse in the morning but by evening it doesn't hurt anymore. It's been a week since I've stopped running, but they still hurt from time to time. I don't have any bruises there or anything, and they only hurt a little. Is there something wrong with my legs? Did I hurt my tendons? What can I do to let it heal?
