Christians and others, why do some of you say our bodies were "perfectly designed" ?

Physical human body flaws developed over time. When humans first came to be, they were perfectly designed, with no diseases or anything. And if you're a Christian then you believe that this perfect design was present until Adam and Eve sinned.
