Jelous BF? I NEED HELP?

every time i go to do somthing by myself, my boyfriend gets jelous and is really quiet when i get back. then if i DARE to pet or cuddle my cat, he goes bolistic, i dont want to dump him becasue hes my fiance' and since i love him SO MUCH.
