My left side of my neck is swollen?

If feels like there is something there that isnt supposed to be there. When i feel both sides of my neck i can tell that the left side is bigger. Its not painful but it is very uncomfortable. Sometimes its so unbearable that i cant do anything. It has been going on for 2 months. I quit smoking weed because that made it way worse. It almost feels like the muscles and tendons in my neck are raising up. Hard to swallow sometimes. It gets worse at night. Everything else about me is fine though except i have been getting headaches. Its not a tumor is it?
