So the so called national debt is really about how our tax money is spent?

Bush and Cheney are not the reason your Pelosi-run House didn't defund the wars and added $5 trillion to the national debt in 4 short years (2 of which happened with the golfer-in-chief at the helm and Dingbat Reid having a filibuster-proof Senate).
