Would you forgive someone if they did this to you?

Im assuming your a teenager in middle school or high school or something along those lines. Im in my twenties now and I did stupid things like that when i was a teenager too ans so have many others. Obviously its not a joke and it sounds like you have learned your lessen so i wouldn't beat yourself up over it and as goes for that girls cousin, they probably feel taken advantage of and don't trust you right now so that is why they blocked you. They will eventually forgive you, just leave them alone and do your own thing, the more you bother them the more they will get mad.
